The Taj Mahal’s construction is well-documented in Mughal records, including by court historians like Lahori. As for travelers like Bernier and Mundy, they didn’t detail every project, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. The idea of it being a Hindu temple is interesting but lacks credible evidence.

Well if u didn’t then its your loss. No muslim temple, monuments, architecture of love I’ll have elephant emblem. There cant be music rooms near an establishment presumably built for burial. The chambers beneath today’s Taj Mahal has hidden clues of the old temple. Can anyone tell me that how come Francis Bernier, Mundy etc who visited the court of Shah Jahan, be er mentioned construction of Taj Mahal anywhere?
